Questions we hear often

Is integration really free?

Yes. MidLyr funds the integration effort through a forward-deployed engineering model — our engineers connect to your existing APIs and infrastructure. You pay nothing for this work. We make it free because our revenue only grows when you see real results.

What if our volume is low at first?

That's expected. The Pilot tier is designed for early testing with a defined customer segment. You pay the Pilot rate while you validate the experience. There's no penalty for a slow start — we designed the pricing so there's no cost for being early to AI-native banking.

What happens after the pilot?

You move to the tier that matches your actual request volume, or you can choose not to continue. There are no minimum commitment periods required at the Pilot stage — we want to earn the expansion by demonstrating results.

How do you measure ROI?

MidLyr tracks request volume, customer engagement, and (where configured) cross-sell conversion rates. Your dashboard shows cost deflection estimates based on request types. We work with your team during the integration to tie these metrics to your internal KPIs.

What is the contract structure?

Month-to-month contracts are available at the Pilot stage. Annual contracts are available at Growth and Scale, with multi-year options for large institutions. Enterprise agreements with custom SLA terms are available on request.
